Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic is rampant all over the world. In order to effectively solve the problem of isolation medical observation for returnees at border ports, the establishment of isolation medical observation sites is an important measure to deal with the COVID-19 prevention and control at border ports. Under the condition of serious shortage of medical personnel, how to realize the rapid, efficient, orderly and safe operation of isolation medical observation sites can effectively play an important role in the import of foreign prevention.
